Fresh, one hour and half an hour (ish!) pre-recorded practices are added each week, so you can practice at the right time for you.

Series 1 & 2; hips, knees and ankles.

As well as the subtle benefits of yoga, physically, if you have knee pain because your knee drops inwards (an increased Q angle); foot pain due to your foot rolling inwards (over pronation); from the formation of a bunion or are rehabilitating from a hip, knee or ankle injury, you could benefit from this series!

Series 1.

This series is a set of roughly one hour practices. Energetically the asana and vinyasa serve to transform tension into energy, resistance into flow. Physically the postures have been chosen to strengthen weak gluteus muscles.

Series 2.

This series is a set of half hour ish practices. The benefits are the same as those in Series 1, but are designed for you if you have less time to practice.
