If you’ve got this far you’ve probably looked at the online videos and are getting a feel for Yoga Is Union.

The beginners course is for you if

The beginners course introduces you to classic yoga poses over 8 weeks, to help you build your perseverance. Each week you receive an email with links to this weeks practice videos. One video to show you how to get into and adapt the poses, the other is the practice video for the week.

Each week the practice will get a bit longer, starting at a commitment of up to 20 minutes and continuing up to an hour.

The recommendation is that you practise this weeks practice once a day, every day, at the same time of day. If this isn’t possible, do what you can. Or, decide how many days a week you can realistically practice and commit to maintaining that.

Naturally, life will place obstacles to you achieving your goal, it’s life's way of testing your Bhakti!! The obstacles may come in the form of challenging life situations or in the form of your mind telling you ‘reasons’ not to practice. This is a great time to be ‘sacredly selfish’! Put you and your practice before anything else, so that you are fulfilled and in an optimal state to be of service to life and others.
